The Merit Shop Alliance
The Merit Shop Alliance is a grassroots organization that was formed as a communications tool for advancing the message and ideals of merit shops in the trades and construction. The purpose of MSA is to expand the Merit Shop mission across Ohio and eventually, the nation to reinforce our core beliefs in free markets, fair and open competition and truth.
Resources For Your Company
The Merit Shop Alliance is building a library of tools that will help guide companies of all sizes into the future. These materials are designed to highlight merit shop values and build a stronger company culture. As the MSA continues to grow, these tools will help you deliver important information and practical insights that owners and managers need to remain a major force in construction and the trades.
